Also after the timer goes off once the home team takes the lead the game will end. Single elimination games willbe 1 hour 20 minutes with no new inning after 1 hour 20 minutes in the event that the game is tied at the end of regulation or when the time is up we will go to International tie breaker to break ties. International tie breaker will go as follows: the batter that is scheduled to bat last in that inning will go to 2nd base to start the new inning if it is a pitcher or catcher a courtesy or substitute runner may be put in their place. Each team will have a chance to break the tie and will play until an inning is complete with a team ahead of the other team.

4. We will have a rain hotline and that # is 614 – 512 - 3044

I will update this hotline as needed during the tournament. Please do not leave a voice message on this phone as I will have it shut off. You will be able to call in and listen to the message.

5. This year I will also be using the tournament software and updating it throughout the tournament the site is I would respectfully ask that coaches and parents please check this site for game times and updates. At the end of each age group’s pool play,we will set the tournament bracket asap. Please refer to this site as I will update those asap. I would ask coaches and parents not to come to the camper that we use for check in. I think this will cause less confusion for all. So please come play your games and be patient with us as we get everything put together.

5. Format – All teams will get 3 pool play games and then seeded into single elimination bracket.

Please note that all formats are weather permitting, see rule #16. Brackets for Sunday will be posted asap after the completion of each age groups pool play. They will be posted at I will also email coaches Saturday evening.

14. In an effort to stay on schedule teams are asked to be ready to play 30 minutes before their scheduled game time,so that as soon as the game before is done we can get the next game started asap. Teams are also asked to exit the dugouts as soon as they finish a game.Team meetings should take place outside of the playing area. Coin tosses will be conducted on the field by the home plate umpire. The clock will start at the conclusion of the coin toss and meeting. Home team is responsible for the official book.

15. In the event that the tournament can’t be completed (rain) the following will take place; 1) we will do everything in our power to complete the tournament, if that means shortening game times or changing the format within reason. 2) For unrecoverable cost we will retain $100.00 of each team’s entry, after that if a team has played 1 game we will retain an extra $100.00, for each additional game we will retain $100.00 per game. If a team has played 3 games we will retain the entire entry fee. We hope that this does not come into play but also wanted to be up front with everyone since we have had rain issues in the past.

16. No warm ups on playing field or after game meetings in outfield. This is an effort to stay on time and to give our staff a chance to ready the field for the next game. It is very important that this is followed for the safety of all. You may take ground balls in foul territory, with the exception of Diamond #1 at Lions Club as it has been recently resurfaced with new sod around the diamond so on that field and that field only may you warm out beyond 1st and 3rd base on the infield. Absolutely no pitching warm ups from the playing surface, please continue to use foul territory for this. Do not hit against any field fences at any time. Once the umpire meeting starts to take place at home plate players should be in their respective dugouts. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter
