QUEST– Account Setup Guide

Please follow the steps in this guide to setup your account for QUEST.

In order for us to verify your identity, be prepared to receive a phone call or text message.

Step 1: Navigate to QUEST

Enter the following web address into your preferred web browser. This is the web address to access QUEST. You may bookmark this web address for your convenience.

The first screen you will see is the sign in screen. It should look similar to the image below. If not, please contact .

If you see one or more of your accounts listed on the right insead of the sign in screen, click the option to Use another account and you will be taken to the sign in screen.

Step 2: Sign In

The first field is labeled Email or phone. In this field, enter the username we have set up for you.

Your usernameis the first initial of your first name + your last name + @nolhga.onmicrosoft.com.

Here are some examples:

  • - Dan Hicks’ username
  • - Kenny Bullock’s username

This will be your username for accessing QUEST.

The next field is labeled Password. Enter your temporary password. If you don’t know your temporary password or would like us to issue you a different temporary password, please contact . We will respond to your email with your username and a new temporary password.

If your credentials are entered in incorrectly, the system will tell you that it’s unable to recognize your username and password. If tries you are able to get in after several, please . We will respond to your emailwith your username and a new temporary password.

Step 3: Set Up Additional Verification Requirement

You will be notified to set up this account for additional security verification—the second step in 2-step verification. This additional security verification is a way for us to verify your identity. Click Set it up now.

On this screen, you will set up your preferred verification method.

  • Select Authentication phone from the drop-down.
  • Under country or region, select United States (+1).
  • In the next field, enter your cell phone number. If you prefer not to use your cell phone to verify your identity, you can enter your office phone number instead. If you use your office phone number, you will be unable to sign in to the claims portal whenever you are away from the office.
  • Select either Send me a code by text message orCall me.

On the next screen, enter the six-digit text you receive on your phone.

If you selected Call me on the previous screen, you will see a different screen than the screen below. You will be prompted to press the pound sign (#) on your dial pad to verify your identity.

This should be the next screen you see as part of the enrollment process. Please disregard the message on this screen. It’s not required to access QUEST. Click Done.

Step 4: Update Your Password

Once you’ve successfully set up the additional verification requirement, you will be prompted to update your password. Enter your temporary password in the first field. Type in a new password – you’ll need to remember it because you’ll be required to enter it every time you sign in. Update password and sign in.

The password you select will only be used to access QUEST. Continue to use your nolhga.com password for the NOLHGA website.

Your password can't contain your user ID and must be at least 8 characters long, with at least 3 of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Step 5: Congratulations! You’ve Successfully Set Up Your Account

When you are done, you will be taken directly to the QUEST home page.
