Conference goal – discussion of current situation of public administration in Ukraine and determining of prospects for administrative reform.

Arrangement tasks (blocks of issues to be discussed) -

-to present the draft Concept of the Public Administration Reform in Ukraine;

-to discuss achievements in administrative system reform in 2005;

-to evaluate the impact of constitutional changes dated December the 8th, 2004 over public administration functioning in Ukraine;

-to determine first steps (for 2006) and future perspectives of administrative reform.
