·  / ·  Steve – EVS API 4.2 is complete on Prod. Currently there is a Bioportal issue, but doubtful it’s EVS issue.
·  Grid Servies is on stage and Steve needs to verify. Once verified, request to Frank for approval to go to Prod. Steve has documentation ready and will hopefully proceed this afternoon.

·  BDA Update (Scott/Shalini)
·  XMI/UML model processing – NCI Customized tags (Scott/Johnita) / ·  BDA (Scott)
o  Working on configuring a version of Hudson and getting VPN access.
o  VM set up and configured with help from NCI. Able to use the automated process to set up Hudson server.
o  Can currently build core LexBIG and testing testing it.
o  Next to integrate evsapi and grid services build into Hudson server.
o  Haven’t started talking to BDA group. Need to have discussions to understand next steps.
o  Steve would like to see this as a high priority.
o  Scott is in training next week, so Shalini will cover any discussions.
o  Johnita to schedule time with Paul.
o  Goal is 5.0, so not planned for use in 4.3 deployment. This is only pilot.
·  Tags (Scott/Johnita)
o  Tom was to contact Denise to understand what needs to be done and get clarification. Scott - Will we be inheriting the model? Johnita - as long as we continue to support the 3.x and 4.x spaces, those would transition to Mayo for support (if there are tags that need to be maintained). Tom will need to follow up with Denise for further clarification.
·  Final Release Activity (Johnita)
o  Johnita is in the process of creating and posting these end of release documents:

o  Documents will be sent out for review.
·  Test Case Execution Plan (Steve)
o  Steve will create an overall QA testcase execution plan document to document what was done for testing during deployment. A google doc will be created by Steve – to be updated by the team. Steve will send the link to the doc. Kevin and Shalini will update the existing testcase google spreadsheet to make sure it has all testcases. / ·
