MEET: 2014 WV LSC IMX SERIES AGE GROUP SWIM MEET #3 and IM Ready Age Group Meet

FACILITIES: 25 yard, 6 lane pool; water depth start end 12’ and the turn end of the pool is 3’
AWARDS WV LSC IMX BAG TAG ** will be distributed to every swimmer who competes
in 2 of the 3 WV LSC IMX meets and competes in all IMX events at least once.
WV LSC IMX T-SHIRT ** will be given to the swimmer that has the highest
[High Point Award] USA IMX score for all 15 events from each of the 3 meets
Ribbons 1st-6th Place Individual=ALL 10 & under IM Ready events
ENTRIES: The 2014 USA Swimming Rules will govern ALL of the swim meet competition. ALL entries MUST have 2014 or 2015 USA registration numbers on the entry forms. Entry age for all three (3) WV LSC IMX meets will be the age of the swimmer as of Saturday, October 4, 2014! Swimmers MAY enter any individual event BUT are limited to a maximum of five (5) events per meet.
Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming
Member coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or
must start each race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a
USA Swimming member coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer
or the swimmer’s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this
requirement.
NO entrant will be permitted to compete unless the entrant is a
member as provide in Article 302. On-deck entries will be permitted;
but, unless already entered in the meet, the entrant must show proof
of membership pursuant to Article 302.

ENTRY FEES: $3.00 for each IM Ready individual event
$5.00 surcharge for the WV LSC Travel Fund for the IM ready Meet

Once accepted, entry fees WILL NOT be refunded should a swimmer(s)
fail to compete in the swimming meet.
MEET ALL Meet Directors; Meet Referees; Meet Officials, including starters
OFFICIALS: & stroke and turn judges serving in an official capacity must be mem-
bers of USA Swimming or other FINA-member organization.
TIMED ALL EVENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED AS “TIMED FINALS.”

TIME There will be NO “time standards” for the IM ready events.
STANDARDS:
Participants MUST have achieved a USA NAG “BB” time in any event
in order to enter the IMX events.
