I need a paper titled "The Use of Surface Deflection Basin Measurements in
Mechanistic Analysis of Flexible Pavements" by Horak, E. from the Vol. 1
Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Asphalt Pavements or
Proceedings, or Vol. 1 Sixth International Conference Structural Design of
Asphalt Pavements, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, 1987. The
University of Michigan does not have it.
Can someone help please?

As a follow up to this, I found the web site of ISAP at http://www.asphalt.org
but they only have the 7th and 8th proceedings where I need the 6th. I have the
7th Proceedings.

Conference on the Structural Design of Asphalt Pavements, University of
Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, 1987. It was help at Rackham Lecture Hall
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor July 13-17, 1987.
I called ISAP at 651-221128 and was told that only the 7th and 8th volumes are
available. I have 2,3 and 7 already. We are interested in this one article
that was referenced in the NHI course No. 13127 Pavement Deflection Pavement
Analysis, Pub. No. FHWA-HI-94021 Feb. 1994, for our FWD test parameters.
