Academic Projects

1.  FUNCTION GENERATOR: Used C8051F020 Microcontroller and Operational amplifiers to develop a function generator for generating sine, square, triangle and saw-tooth waves.

2.  DIGITAL THERMOMETER: Designed Developed and Assembled a Digital Thermometer using ATMEL89C4051 as Controlling Device & Dual Slope ADC/ Display Driver CA3162 from INTERSIL.

3.  PC TO PC COMMUNICATION: Programmed serial port (RS 232/ U-ART) for communication and file transfer between two computers using C language.

4.  INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Developed a project for managing inventories in a grocery shop, having general features of keeping record of various items, using C++ language.

5.  ANALOG CUM DIGITAL CLOCK: A Software Clock Displaying Time on the Computer screen in Both ANALOG AND DIGITAL using C Language.

6.  FUZZY CONTROLLER: Developed a fuzzy logic based controller for RICE COOKER in software using C language.

Project and Dissertation: “VIBRATION RECORDING STANDALONE SYSTEM” A handheld system which can acquire and analyze vibration data from surfaces and structures.

ð  The signal is acquired using a MEMS based accelerometer (MMA7260QT) sensor and stored in microcontrollers’ (C8051F020) flash memory, which is sent to PC through RS232 serial port and further analyzed using Matlab.

Selected Achievements

ð  Qualified GATE 2008 Instrumentation, securing 90.94 percentile and 346TH all India rank.

ð  Got certificate of merit cum scholarship from C.B.S.E for securing 100 marks in mathematics (class X).

ð  Participated and Won prizes in various Science Exhibitions at school level.
