Welcome Chiropractors!

Thank you for attending the 2017 Integrative Healthcare Symposium. Once again, we are pleased to announceNew York Chiropractic College will be a CE provider.
ATTENTION: Please be sure to read this notice in its entirety as it contains important information regarding attendee eligibility and instructions on submitting required documentation, in order to collect a CE certificate for this event.

Sign In/Out:

Chiropractors are required to sign in and sign out of each session attended. Sign in/out sheets will be provided at the Continuing Education Kiosk and must be submitted to a conference representative at the kiosk prior to leaving the conference along with a copy of your attendance form.

Upon signing-out, your initials and sign-outtime MUST be recorded where indicated on the sheet.

Note: If you do not follow this procedure, it is possible you may be disqualified by the State Chiropractic Boards from receiving CEUs for that particular session.

When floating between simultaneous sessions, you will receive partial credit for each session, not to exceed a full CEU for that session period.

Approved Sessions:

NOTE: Not all sessions are approved for all states. Please be sure to carefully review the Course Approval List prior to attending the conference. This list can be found on our website:

or may be obtained by visiting the Continuing Education Kiosk upon arrival at the event.

Eligibility by State:

Continuing education credit (CE) is provided by New York Chiropractic College (NYCC). This course is valid for CE credits in “pre-approved” states, so long as it falls within the scope of practice as outlined by the corresponding state board. It remains attendees’ responsibility to contact the state board(s) from which they seek continuing education credits for purposes of ensuring said board(s) approves both the delivery method and content as they relate to this event.

Approved States: NY, NJ

Pre-Approved States: CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MS, MT, NE, NM, ND, OH, OR, PR, RI, SC, UT, VT, VA, WA, WY

License Renewal: While applications relating to credit hours for license renewal in selected states have been executed for these programs, it remains attendees’ responsibility to contact the state board(s) from whom they seek continuing education credits for purposes of ensuring said board(s) approve both venue and content as they relate to any seminar/course/lecture/webinar /online presentation (event). Neither a speaker’s or exhibitor’s presence at said event, nor product mention or display, shall in any way constitute NYCC endorsement. NYCC’s role is strictly limited to processing, submitting, and archiving program documents on behalf of course sponsors.

Post-Conference Instructions:
New York Chiropractic College requires the collection of the following information in order to process continuing education credits. This information will be electronically sent and used by NYCC to process your continuing education credits.

2.Submit one form to a conference representative at the Continuing Education Kiosk prior to leaving the conference

3. Send the second completed form along with a check for $45.00 made payable to:

Once Integrative Healthcare Symposium rosters are processed, a transcript will be made available to eligible attendees, approximately 4 Weeks following the event.
