Schedule 1 entitled ‘Information for Applicants’ (which commences at para 54 - ‘the information schedule’) and Schedule 2 entitled ‘Particular Application Requirements of Individual Bars’ (which commences at para 99), both constitute an integral part of this application form. Those schedules set out necessary requirements and instructions for the proper completion of this form and submission of your application. It is accordingly essential that you read and understand their contents and comply with the instructions. Kindly do so before you start filling in this form and before you ask any questions about the application process. Your application may be rejected if you fail to provide all mandatory information or you do not complete this form as required.
The marginal notes next to certain questions in this form refer you to specific paragraphs in the information schedule.
