Terms and Conditions of Booking
Cancellation
Cancellation policy: Up until 16 Feb – full refund, less a £20 admin charge. Thereafter refunds at the discretion of the Conference Organisers.
Alterations
It may become necessary to make alterations to the advertised programme. If you are unable to attend you may nominate in writing another delegate.
Payment
We require payment with booking form to reserve your place. If an invoice is required please supply an official purchase order. Invoices can only be issued up until 16th February 2015.
