4) Statement by a member of your supervision committee
The application at hand has to be supported by a supervisor, who is member of the GGG. The statement should include information regarding the chances of the applicant finishing his/her project in time as well as an evaluation of how the project would profit from additional funding.

Resume in table form and diplomas achieved so far (copy)
Statement of need (5 pages max) including the following information:
- Start of research project and financial sources so far
- Family situation (number of children, daycare, your activity within the child or other kind of care, income of the family and financial support as parents)
- Description of additional reasons (like residence permit status, need of assistance)
- Maybe more scientific reasons for receiving the grant (e.g. Co-Tutelle)
- Table of contents of the dissertation that shows the current state of the working process (finished parts, parts that need to be reviewed, parts that are missing)
Work schedule for the period of financial funding
Statement of your supervision like described above
confirmation as PhD student in Goettingen from your faculty or the students office
If necessary: letter of the leader of you program, if there a any grant possible for you within the program
