MEETING SESSIONS
Each day will commence at 0830. Morning tea will commence at 1000 until 1020, lunch will
be between 1230 and 1330, and afternoon tea will commence at 1500 until 1520. Each day
should conclude by 1700.
Please meet promptly at the main gate at 0800 each day in order to allow for clearing security.
FORMS
Please could all attendees complete the form at Annexe B and return to Barrie Greenslade as soon as possible. Please complete the form even if you have a valid security clearance for the UKHO site.
LUNCH
UKHO Canteen offers hot and cold meals and a selection of sandwiches and beverages.
ACCOMMODATION
A block booking of 12 rooms has been arranged at the Castle Hotel, at the group rate of per room per night £78.50 (single room - single occupancy) or £99 per room per night (double room – single occupancy). These rates include buffet breakfast but exclude VAT. Delegates are therefore advised to confirm their booking before 18 February 2010 by confirming directly with the Castle Hotel (contact details in annexe A). Rooms cannot be guaranteed after this date and rates will only be available at the going commercial rate at the time of booking after this date. See annexe A for alternative hotels if required. If there are any questions or problems please contact Barrie.
EVENING EVENT
There will be a dinner at delegate’s expense on the evening of Tuesday 9th further details will be provided.
