Shipping Instructions for UPS WorldShip

Starting the UPS WorldShip Application

1.  Open UPS WorldShip application located on the desktop

2.  When prompted for the ship date, select the corresponding ship date that you need and click OK.

3.  On the top menu bar select UPS OnLine Connect. Then from the drop down menu move your cursor over the Keyed Import selection and then click on Event (See Fig.1). This will now link UPS WorldShip to our event database as well as a new window opening up that will allow you to enter in the Import Key code (See Fig.2).

Creating a UPS Shipping Label

1.  From the Fulfillment Report find the corresponding Event ID

(ex. 0x000000000000258E) and enter that number into the Import Key window and hit the ENTER key to import the client’s information into UPS WorldShip.

2.  The shipping information should automatically populate and fill-in the appropriate fields. You can manually make any changes necessary as well.

3.  After the address information has been double-checked and confirmed, move onto the Dept. No. section (See Fig.3). Select the appropriate department for that particular package.

4.  Next, the Package type should be already filled-in with the correct selection. Double check and make sure it says Multi-Terminal.

5.  The Package dimensions field should be automatically filled-in as well. Dimensions should read 21 x 20 x 7.

6.  After all the package information is confirmed you can click

on the bottom right corner of the screen to print out your shipping label.

You can also hit F10 as a shortcut to print the shipping label.

** If you have multiple packages follow instructions on next page **

SHIPPING MULTIPLE PACKAGES (Follow these steps to print out multiple shipping labels for one event)

1.  For multiple packages fill out all the correct information for the first package but do not click the button. Instead, click on the right arrow to add another package (see below)

  1. Once you click on the arrow you will see that a “2” is now showing in the “Pkg.” field and the “Package Weight” is blank.
  1. Fill in the appropriate weight for that package as well as the corresponding “Dept No.” (Client Services/OPS)
  2. After all the package(s) information is confirmed you can click

on the bottom right corner of the screen to print out your shipping label(s).

You can also hit F10 as a shortcut to print the shipping label.
