PARENT COUNCIL NEWS - SUMMER FAYRE

The school summer Fayre has been organised for the 6th June from 10.30 am to 12.30pm and we are hoping to make it bigger and better than ever!

We have lots of stalls plannedsuch as lucky dips, face painting, hoopla, lucky straws , beat the goalie, home baking, craft stall, tuck shop, Photo Booth, poniesand many more but we are really struggling for people to come along and help out on the day.

The more stalls we have;the more fun you and your children can have and the more money we can raise for the school and provide things for your children.

We are therefore looking for people to help run the stalls. Ifwe canget 2 or 3 people for each stall then you would only be needed for a maximum of one hour on the day leaving you to spend the restof thetime with your children and letting others get time with theirs.

If you can't help out on the day then we also need help from people to set up the hall the night before even one hour of your time would be great

We also need donations for the raffle and tombola stall and of course the ever popular toy stall!!

So please if you can help out then contact Susanne McGraw (Luke and Amy's mum), Stella Kelly (Aidan and Ryan's mum)or Cat (Bonnie's mum) on the attached emails or mobile numbers. We will be more than grateful as will your children!!

Susanne - 07753 181 974

Stella - 07711 343 193

Cat - 07967 274 675

Thanks
