By signing the above I shall be bound by the following terms and conditions.

I acknowledge and understand that I am liable to Hong Kong Football Club for any payments due in respect of the use of the Hong Kong Football Club Golf Membership Card issued by Lotus Hill Golf Resort for use by myself, my spouse and my guest(s) at the requested date. Any changes to the date, names, tee-off times or otherwise must only be made via Hong Kong Football Club. The Hong Kong Football Club Golf Membership Account Card, and its use, is not negotiable, assignable or transferable to any other person apart from my spouse (if any). Myself and my spouse (if any) will be the sole signatories of this Card for the period of allocation. I, together with all members of my party, will abide and comply with the Rules and Regulations of Lotus Hill Golf Resort and the Lotus Hill Golf Resort Membership Rules of Hong Kong Football Club.

Four full sets of Callaway/Ping/Taylormade Golf Clubs are available for hire:

2 Sets of Men’s Right-handed Clubs / 1 Set of Men’s Left-handed Clubs / 1 Set of Ladies Right-handed Clubs
  • Sets of clubs are available for rental by Member’s for their own use or the use of their guest(s) with a rental charge of $50 per set per day made to the Member’s account.
  • The next available set will be allocated if the requested set of clubs is not available.
  • Members must indicate their requeststo hire golf clubs in advance on this form in the space provided by checking the box 
  • One set may be rented per debenture allocated on any day. The next available set will be allocated to member if the requested set is not available.
  • Members hiring sets of clubs either for their own use or by their guests are responsible for the safekeeping of such sets, for checking that the sets hired are complete and in order, both on collection from and on return to storage.
  • Members must report any damaged or missing equipment to the Club by fax to 2882 5040, failing which they may be held responsible.
  • Priority and procedures for allocation of sets of golf clubs are the same as for Membership allocation.
  • Members must present the confirmation to Lotus Hill Golf Resort receptionist upon check-in order to collect thehired clubs.
