This allows the International Partnership Development Committee (IPDC) to comment on the framework of the potential agreement, and to provide information that the academic sponsor may consider when negotiating with the international counterpart.This pre-submission is not required.If not provided prior, departments must submit the IPD fact sheet as a part of the complete partnership proposal.
