Good afternoon,

My name is Drew Sikorski; I am the President & CEO of national elite college prospects; also known as HSCP

I want to welcome all our recruiters to today’s pre-recorded session; today we will be talking exclusively on the programs we offer to our clients; their features and their differences.

We will also be doing an extensive overview as to the terms and conditions in our contract.

HSCP has a standard contract that everyone new client, their parent and recruiter will sign. Once the contract is signed the recruiter should mail the original to the corporate office.

I want to go over the terms and conditions of the contract: starting with the first term:

In order for High School College Prospects (hereafter known as “HSCP”) to proceed with its unique services, it is necessary the undersigned student-athlete and parent read and understand this AGREEMENT before signing below. HSCP is not liable for any promises, stated or implied, by its representatives that are not specifically stated in this AGREEMENT.

1.  In accordance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules, HSCP in no way intends to, or constitutes any attempt to place a student-athlete at any particular college. HSCP’s fees are not based on placement nor on any scholarship or financial aid, if any, awarded to a prospective student-athlete.

3.  HSCP will maintain an active file on the client available only to colleges and universities who have been approved by HSCP to receive its services and will maintain the client’s information until the client notifies HSCP of his or her commitment to a college or university or until the September following the client’s graduation from high school, whichever comes first.

4.  HSCP’s services are intended to be offered only to student-athletes who have “reasonable expectations” to succeed in its program. Upon review of a potential client’s credentials, HSCP reserves the right to exclude anyone who, in HSCP’s opinion, may not fully benefit from its services. In the event that this occurs, a full refund will be made to client-family.

5.  The prospect and his or her parent or legal guardian understands that if this Agreement is cancelled within (3) business days of signing, they are entitled to a full refund from the HSCP representative whose name appears below. The purchaser may stop the service at a later date, but no refund will be issued.

6.  The student agrees to submit “Contact Reports” and “Season End Updates” to High School College Prospects in a timely fashion for the purpose of tracking the student-athlete’s progress and providing updated information to various colleges and universities. The student also agrees to contact the local HSCP representative approximately once per month and to advise HSCP immediately upon committing to college.

7.  HSCP and / or its representatives may at sometime use the student-athlete’s name in promotional material and /or with the media. I fully consent to this use and hereby waive any claims against HSCP or its representatives.

Now that we’re done with the terms we can proceed with programs:

Before we start with the first program (our Full Exposure); I want to make sure that everyone understands that all our programs have the full exposure as the base program or the foundation. Regardless what other program your client subscribes to, they always get the full exposure. So when you’re going over the program you believe fits their needs, please always start by explaining features in the full exposure and then transitioning into that video program you’re recommending.

The first program we offer is the full exposure priced at $1,095 (one-time free); this program is perfect for someone who doesn’t need a video highlight film. That could be a cross country runner, maybe a swimmer, or a T&F player.

If you have someone who doesn’t need us to edit their film and/or don’t want our online video streaming product then of course the FE program would be ideal.
