“To continue using the products you fell in love with, you can either get them as a client of mine by paying retail or I can show you how to save and get your products at no cost as either a hostess of mine or as a Smart Shopper buying direct from BeautiControl. You of course may want to become a Money Maker just like me and sell these amazing products for profit too– which of these interests you the most?”
□  / Share the Dream Bag at your group spas so they know the benefits available to them – share it to open their minds to begin dreaming and believing, then let them choose what they want.
□  / Sign Up Your New Consultant - The easiest way is to have them entered electronically:
Login to www.beautinet.com - Click on Build My Team - Click on Recruit Online - Click on E-Signature - Check all boxes - Enter new consultant Info in each screen - Make sure you write down her new consultant number and PIN number at last screen or just click print screen to copy the information in a word doc. - Email your new consultant a welcome email along with her consultant number and PIN.
o  Get the Smart Start Checklist to all who join to know if they are a Saver or Money Maker
□  / Use Consultant Tracking Sheet to track their success and to keep up with their progress.
□  / Send Your New Consultant a welcome email – immediately upon entering them in the system send them a welcome email. Use the template in the systems or create your own.
□  / Follow UP with your new consultants using the 1, 1, 1 follow up system:
ü  Call to connect with those you personally sponsor 24 hours (One Day) of joining.
ü  Follow up Once a Week for the first 30 days of joining. Be sure and keep them moving in their business based on what they said she wanted. “Do this, get this”!
ü  Follow up Once a Month to stay connected and build a relationship with them and to assure they are saving or making money as they said they wanted.
□  / Get them connected their first 30 days: Use the checklists created as part of this system – all the basics for getting qualified, to BeautiYou, etc. are included if you just use the SYSTEM!
ü  If a Money Maker then pick them up and drive with you to their first team meeting, find out what they want so you can help them to get it and earn $$ in first 30 days!
ü  If a Saver help them complete the Saver BeautiCircle and get to BeautiYou training ASAP.
ü  Help them to get connected to feel a part of you and your team – introduce to everyone at meetings – and personally introduce to your director and leaders.
□  / Host your own In-Home Spa once a month where you can invite your own guests and also invite your new team members to SEE YOU IN ACTION as you mentor them and build a team.
