OVERVIEW: Your table is composed of SRC Members charged with the following scenario:
RESOURCE PLAN / BUDGET: Throughout time, the DSU has directed your resource plan. In keeping with the Rehab Act, the Council is meeting to discuss and determine your own design of a resource plan and related budget for the needs of the membership.
Each person at the table will be given this handout with a mandated SRC category, including a role to portray during the discussion.

Your role is: Special Education rep You are THE NOTE TAKER.
You… are a person with low visionand a staunch advocate for the role of Transition in VR. From your perspective, Transition tends to get lost in the shuffle; you ask a lot of questions about how the SRC’s decisions will affect pre-vocational training and Transition services to youth.

You… are a CEO of an international corporation located in one of the major cities in your state/territory. You accepted this appointment as a favor to the governor, but you have no idea why you have to dedicate this much time. Your presence is arrogant and abrupt, never letting anyone forget that the governor is your friend.
