Entry Rules: Submit separate form for each entry and attach a PHOTO of each item submitted!!!

Be sure to make a copy of this form for your records!!!

 The staff reserves the right to limit entries due to space availability. Entrants will be notified and quilts will

be returned prior to the exhibit.

 The staff reserves the right to determine the condition of the quilt prior to hanging and to reject a quilt for

display. If the quilt is not in proper condition, the exhibitor will be notified prior to the exhibit.

The Museum shall incur no liability whatsoever for declining to exhibit an entry.

 Quilts that require special handling cannot be accepted. Quilts may be folded and stacked prior to hanging

and nothing can be attached or hung on the quilt other than the label.

 Any item for sale is to be negotiated between the quilter and the buyer. The Museum will take no part in

that negotiation. The quilt will be returned to the entrant at the end of the show. The entrant will be

responsible for getting the item to the buyer

 Registration form deadline is 4:00pm, Monday February 22, 2016.

 Entry drop off is Friday, March 18, 2016 from 9:00-12:00. to GEORGETOWN COUNTY MUSEUM

 4” sleeve must be attached on the back of the bed quilts only.

 All quilts and wearable’s must be free of any smoke, odor and pet hair.

 Pin or sew a label to the back of each item that includes owner’s name, address and phone number.

 All quilts must remain on exhibit for the duration of the exhibit.

 Quilt show will end at 3:00pm, Apr 2, 2016. All doors will be locked. Quilts must be inventoried before

pickup can begin. Only Museum staff will be allowed in the building while take down is in progress.

 Quilt pickup is Saturday, Apr 2, 2016 from 4:00-5:00pm. Entry receipts must be presented at the time of

pickup.
