1. What is POLARIS Office for Citrix

POLARIS Office for Citrix is a Mobile Office application that allows Citrix users to view/edit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) documents on Smartphone and Tablet. Users can view/edit text files and view .pdf and .hwp files as well. POLARIS Office for Citrix enable Citrix enterprise customers to centralize IT configuration, management, security and control with Citrix MDX technologies

2. How Citrix enterprise customers and channels can evaluate the application

Citrix enterprise customers and channels can obtain the license key for the test purpose in the following way.

1)Download POLARIS Office for Citrix app from Citrix worxgallery.

2)Mail toInfraware () with some brief information including company introduction , estimated purchasing volume and request the license key

3)Infraware will release test license key.

3. How to activate the application

Input 10 digit license key into the main display as below.

4. How to purchase the commercial license.

Once the test is completed and decide to purchase the commercial license key, the customers need to contact with Infrawareagain(). Terms and condition is flexible according to the purchasing volume.

5. How to activate the commercial version application

Same process with #3.

6. What is the price model

There are subscription(Annual) price and perpetual price.

7. What is the customer support policy

1) Perpetual license ;Bug fix, new device and new OS support will be at free in one year. Require a new contract for the new office version. If there is a customizing demand, the cost will be charged to purchaser.

2) Subscription license : Bug fix, new device and new OS support, New office version will be at free during the contract validation period. If there is a customizing demand, the cost will be charged to purchaser.

8.Regarding the license key

1) Android : POLARIS Office license server will read the device serial number once the license is activated.

Even though the customers delete the application from the device, the license key can be used.

2) iOS : POLARIS Office license server will read the unique device value but this value will be changed wheneverthe customers delete the application from the device. Accordingly, the previous license key can’t be usedany more and they need a new license key in this case.

Both Android and iOS : If customers changed their devices, the current license key is not available. In this case, IT managers need to ask a new license key to Infraware team but they should provide theInfraware team with the detail information regarding the changes of devices.
