  • Challenger quote – presented. Prices matched 2016 quote.

Financial manager/Treasurer –Open / C. Sanford (Resigned)

  • No longer has a child playing at FYSA.

Referee Assignor – J. Hart

  • Picked up a couple of new referees.
  • Chris confirmed that we would use checks to pay the referees for games for the prior week, Thursday – Saturday, with payment being made on Saturdays.
  • U8s will possibly need coaches to referee intra-league games.

Master Scheduler –Open / C. Sanford (Resigned)

Field Director – C.J. Adams

  • We have room for 3 MAXIMUM size fields along the tree line.
  • C.J. will have a map available by the next meeting.
  • C.J. requested Black, yellow, and white paint for the fields
  • We are unable to use the football fields

Director of Coaching – J. Cavanaugh

  • Waiting to see who signs up to be a coach to have a coaches meeting to verify who needs to be certified. See calendar.

DI/II Coordinator – T. Cosgrave

  • Tom apologized for this year’s DII season. Confirmed we would have a solid program in place for the upcoming year. He said that he would be around more on Mondays for training sessions. He has scheduled Flood obligations to be able to do so. Training sessions could possibly start earlier.

Registrar – T. Watts – Resigned

  • Tammy is employed w/ MSA. It would be a conflict of interest for FYSA to pay her as a Registrar while she is employed with the governing body.
