50/50- (Fundraiser): Sell chances at all performances with other volunteers.
CANDYGRAM/FLOWERS-(Fundraiser): Sell little gifts of PEANUT FREE candy and flowersbefore each show in the lobby for delivery to cast and crew after the show.
CAST PARTY - Work with director to organize a cast party in the cafeteria between performances on Saturday. Collect money for party and make all party arrangements. PEANUT FREE MEALS
COSTUMES- Help all cast members assemble their costumes. Organize costume racks. Help cast with costumes backstage during rehearsals and shows. Some sewing/altering of costumes. Help clean costumes and assist with storing the costumes after the last show.
DRAMA DINNER -work with the director to arrange for site, food, DJ, decorations, invitations to dinner in April.
VIDEO & PHOTO SALES-Distribute a flyer and set up a table to sell items, collect money and distribute at the drama dinner. Work with Barbara Peters on the photo CD.
FOOD - Make a plan for PEANUT FREE lunch during the in-school preview day. Work with other volunteers to serve meals.
GIFTS– help the students, stage manager/crew chief collect money from cast and crew for gifts for teachers as well as purchasing and presenting gift and flowers at performance and dinner.
HAIR/MAKEUP- help backstage with hair and makeup depending on what is warranted for the play. Simple face painting will be needed this year.
PLAYBILL- work with director to type the playbill. Send to the Copy Center (MHS) for duplication.
PROPS - Obtain props. Work with student prop manager to organize and manage prop table during rehearsals and shows. Arrange for safe storage of props. Arrange for return of borrowed props.
T-SHIRTS - work with director to design the t-shirt, collect money, order and distribute t-shirts.
REFRESHMENTS - (Fundraiser) Purchase PEANUT FREE candy, soda, water, chips and sell at the nights of the performances for $1; arrange for help for each performance.
