Dear Vendor,

We are pleased to announce the 2016 Northwest Ohio Snow-N-Ohio Workshop, S.N.O.W. to be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Perrysburg, Ohio. Attendees Sign-in starts at 7:00 a.m. and the workshop will wrap up around 3:00 p.m. the same day. All vendor booths must be set-up by 8:00 a.m. when the workshop begins and have completely vacated the vendor area by 4:00 p.m. The facility is open for set up the night before, Wednesday, September 21th, from 5:00 PM till 9:00 PM and reopened the day of at 6:30 AM. Outside displays must be removed at the end of the conference.

You and your company are cordially invited to set up a booth space to exhibit your products within the vendor display area of the Hilton Garden Inn, or if you desire, you can have a space outside to showcase large or heavy equipment. An inside space will cost $350.00 and will be approximately 8’x10’. Each space will include 1-table and 2-chairs. Extra spaces can be rented. Wi-Fi will be provided inside the exhibit hall. An outdoor space will cost $350.00. Each outside space will include approx. 4-6 parking spaces in size. Power is available to inside spaces only, upon request. Extra spaces can be rented for $100.00 each. The outside area is located next to the indoor show area for easy access.

There are four groups throughout the day that will make the trade show part of their agenda. In other words, visiting the vendors will be part of the day’s organized events so you are able to reach each person in attendance. We feel this will give everyone in attendance including each vendor great opportunities for networking as the vendor’s areas are built into the day’s events.

As part of the vendor fee for each space, breakfast and lunch are included for one person. If you plan to bring other people, please make sure they are listed on your registration form. Breakfast and lunch can be purchased, in advance, for extra vendor personnel for $35.00 per person. Payment for the extra meals should be included with your vendor space payment. Lunch tickets will be provided the morning of registration.

Sponsorships Available:

Platinum: $700 Includes prime vendor booth location, up to 4 lunches, special signage recognition, recognition in handout.

Gold: $500 Includes select vendor booth location, up to 4 lunches, special signage recognition.

Silver: $300 Includes special signage recognition.
