Dedicated media facilities and activities include:
-Press documentation and press packs, available online at:
-Equipped press working room on the ground floor – in rooms “Glass Hall 1&2”;
-Press conference and media briefing;
-Web streaming of the opening session hosted on:
-Active media support from the conference media team (see contact details onfollowing page);
-Help in securing interview opportunities with speakers and liaising with their own press teams;
-4 individual interview spaces on second floor. Please note that access to 2nd floor is restricted and that journalists must be accompanied by a speaker, VIP, staff or a floater (badge);
-3 interview rooms: one dedicated to European Commission delegation, one for Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, one general one;
-Interpretation of most sessions in EN, SI, FR, DE, IT on day 1 (25/01) for all participants;
-Podium for press in the plenary room “Grandis Hall”;
-On-site official photographers, with photos of the conference highlights available online at:

Technical equipment includes:
-A printer in the Press Room;
-One laptop;
-Sound distribution system for journalists in the plenary room “Grandis Hall”: 5 languages + floor, each with 12 plug-ins.
-Electricity sockets and sound distribution system for journalists (7 plug ins, only original language);
-Connection to the fixed camera filming the sessions;
-WIFI connection (no password needed).
