Basic Student Information

SPAIDEN – Create an ID for a student that does not exist in Banner. Cntr+pg.down three times to view address

SPAPERS – Enter or view student’s DOB

SAAADMS - Student’s application information

SAASUMI - Summary of all applications a student has on file, including dates of application.

SOAHSCH - High school attendance, graduation, GED and transcript information

SGAADVR - Student’s primary advisor (according to listed major)

SPATELE - Summary of all the telephone numbers a student has

SOADDRQ - Summary of all the addresses a student has

SGASTDN - Student’s major

SOAIDNS - Demographics, DOB, SSN, address, phone ( can use name search )

Academic Information

SYRHIST – Print unofficial transcript

SMARQCM - CAPP

SOATEST - ASSET and ACT scores, Constitution test, Waivers

SHACRSE - BHC course history

SHATERM - BHC and transfer course history by term, GPA, total credits earned

SHASUBJ - BHC and transfer course history by subject, GPA

STVMAJR - Financial aid eligibility for majors

SHADEGR - Graduation and degree information

SEADETL - Documentation of advising session

SOAHSCH - High school attended, transcript received

SOAPCOL - Prior colleges student attended, transcripts received, reviewed

Registration Information

SFAREGQ - Displays student’s schedule including room assignments and instructors

SFAREGS - Student’s registration and drops for term, access to SFQSECM (F9)

SFQSECM - (Accessed only through SFAREGS) Course availability/days/times, cross-linked indicator, locates time conflicts with current schedule, displays student’s current schedule

SSASECT - Course dates, times, number of weeks, instructor, can access SSASECQ

SSASECQ - Actual and maximum section enrollment, cross-linked indicator, available when SFQSECM is not

SSAXLSQ - Information on cross-linked sections, actual enrollment

SOAHOLD - Holds on student’s registration (Active HOLD: “To” date is greater than today’s date)

SFASLST - Students enrolled in a section and posted grades

SFASRPO - Course overrides

SWRSCHD – Print student schedule from job submission

Miscellaneous

SYAWAIT - Waitlist of student’s waiting to see an advisor

SYAASCI – Sign in form to add student’s to the waitlist

SFASRPO - Check if student has received instructor approval or an override on a course
