· Big thanks re Block 2 changes (noise etc). Vast improvement. Thanks to Duncan, Linda and the Languages teachers.
· Invigilators have been given passes to use the library car park entrance, very helpful. / N/A
3. / Thank You
· Massive thanks to James Knightbridge for all his work at TBS. Very enthusiastic teacher, parents sad to see him go. Replacement is Feona Copley.
· Year 6 child has been doing the Science Master Classes. Thoroughly enjuoyed by the child (brother in Year 9) – great academically and socially good for transition. / N/A

· Pre half term attendance at lessons and exams can be demanding for some students. Discussion re study leave, reviewed annually.

5. / Exams
· Can students outside the hall having left exams not talk outside but go onto the Terrace if others are still inside (relates to Science).
· Maths Exam on Tuesday morning – music could be heard.
· Invigilator’s phone went off in Biology GCSE exam.
· Deliveries during the exams are an issue – can anything be done? – Noise of vehicles reversing. / SMI

6. / School Trips
· Spanish trip to Bath cancelled recently and two Geography trips cancelled recently (to Italy in Half Term and Iceland last year).
· Parents very pleased with range of trips for Years 10, 11, 12 and 13 but wondered if they could be opened up a bit to enable more students to go from other years so they run if numbers are low.
· WIL to share list of trips with Parent Forum.
Request for the school to look at how parents are communicated with re trips.
