How will the applicants be selected?
A jury of peers representative of all disciplines and all regions of Canada will meet in Ottawa to discuss each application, and will select successful applications based on the assessment criteria and availability of funds.
Can applicants appeal the decision of the jury or receive feedback?
Due to the high volume of applications, the decision of the jury is final and no feedback on applications or jury comments will be provided.
How will I know if my application has been received if I send it by mail or courier?
If you send your application by mail or courier, The Hnatyshyn Foundation will send you a written confirmation. Receipt of notification is not a confirmation that your application is eligible.
Will my portfolio or original work be returned?
