Fourth Sunday of Easter

Mission Statement

We, the Roman Catholic Parish of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, are an all-embracing, diverse Christian community who warmly welcomes everyone to join us. We draw closer to God and one another through worship, which nourishes us for service to our brothers and sisters. We choose to combine our many gifts to teach, celebrate, evangelize, help those in need and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus in word and deed. Amen.

NOTES FROM FR. ROGER

Congratulations to all the young people and their families who celebrate their First Holy Communion this weekend. Our parish rejoices that the Catholic Faith continues to grow in the hearts of our young families. May God continue to bless you all on your faith journey.

Thank you to the Catechists, Aides, Co-coordinators, and especially to Theresa Burke and Lucy Lopez. Your dedication and ministry is greatly appreciated and needed.

Also, continue to remember in prayer all those who were received into the Church during the Easter Celebrations and make them feel welcomed into our community.

As we continue to move into Spring, please take time to enjoy the beautiful gardens here at Seton parish. Also, remember that our 5th Annual Golf Memorial Classic will be held on Thursday, May 10th and the Golf Ball Drop, with our ECHO apprentice Daniel Hoover, will be on Sunday, May 20th, and the Bella Cucina Night at Christiana Pub on June 2nd to support our mission in Guatemala.

Finally, thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Annual Catholic Appeal. On behalf of Bp. Malooly and the people to whom these funds will help, your generosity is appreciated. If you have not yet joined in, I ask that you consider making a pledge. Remember that all of the overage from our parish target will stay here in the parish to help with our on-going needs.
