Dear Vendor:

This year at the Flying W Airport we will be hosting two events. On September 8th, 2017, we will be having Montgomery Gentry and September 30th & October 1st will be our second annual Air Show.

The Flying W Airport will host both events. The Concert on the 8th of September will have one of our local country bands at 5:30 pm followed by line dancing. Montgomery Gentry will take the stage at 8:00 pm. Our annual air show will feature daily exhibits, static aircraft displays, spectacular aerial performances, and various family activities.

We are now taking reservations for vendors. Spaces will be in our tent and the outside pool area for the Air Show and all vendors for Montgomery Gentry will be near the stage on our tarmac. No electricity will be available and all vendors are responsible for all necessary equipment for their set-up/display including, tarps, tents, chairs, tables, generator, if needed. We will issue 2 passes and one vendor-parking permit to each vendor.

2 vendor passes and one vendor parking permit will be issued to each vendor for their operation. All other requests must be approved. A vendor parking area will be available for permitted vehicles only.

Providing your own generator?

I,______hereby release and hold harmless. The Flying W Airport, of all manner of suits and claims arising from loss or damage to my person and or my personal property. I also understand I am responsible for my own set-up/display, licenses and permits.
