Welcome to Advanced Placement Chemistry. As you know, AP Chemistry is a college level course. It will be taught in such a way so that you may move comfortably into the Sophomore Chemistry course in ANY university. We will cover material that is on the AP Syllabus. We will also be covering material that will smooth the transition into upper division Chemistry courses.

YOU MUST SHOW YOUR WORK FOR EACH QUESTION ALONG WITH THE ANSWER IN AN ORDERLY FASHION!!! DON’T BE AFRAID TO USE PAPER AND KEEP THE PROBLEMS SEPARATED SO THAT YOUR WORK IS OBVIOUS.
In addition, you will need to make sure you have the polyatomic ions and the solubility rules are memorized. A list is attached for each.
