15. Warranty provision:
[LSL Industries, Inc. warrants that all consumable and disposable Products provided under this Agreement are free from defects in material and workmanship, meet Product specifications set forth in the Product packaging and are manufactured in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations provided the Product has not been abused or mishandled. No Product may be adulterated or misbranded. The warranty for each consumable and disposable Product purchased under this Agreement commences upon delivery of the respective Product to the Participating Member]

Returned Goods Policy:
[LSL Industries, Inc. wants every customer to be completely satisfied with the purchases made from us. LSL also warrants its products to be free of defects for the shelf life of the product. If a product has a manufacturing defect, LSL will replace it free of charge provided the product has not been abused or mishandled.
If the goods are being returned as a result of LSL’s error in shipping, or documented damage on receiving bill of lading/documents at time of delivery, there will not be any restocking charge. The product will be replaced at no additional cost and LSL will pay all shipping charges on shipping errors or products that are damaged prior to delivery and are documented on receiving bill of lading/documents at time of delivery. Product shortage or damage claims must be reported to LSL in writing within five (5) business days of product receipt, and damaged product must be returned within 30 days of receipt for replacement shipping or credit to be issued.
However, if the ordering activity makes a mistake for any reason, and requests a replacement within 30 days of the shipment, a replacement will be made within a reasonable period of time. However, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee (associated with ensuring meeting quality standards of product & packaging, before placing back in inventory).
In either case, an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be issued by LSL. No credit will be given for goods returned without an RGA number issued by LSL Industries, Inc. If LSL is replacing free of charge, LSL will make arrangements for pickup and delivery. However, if the customer is responsible for return freight, the facility will make arrangements for pickup and delivery.]
