New code of conduct for suppliers of the Wacker Neuson Group
Dear suppliers,
In addition to innovation, quality and performance, the values of the Wacker Neuson Group also include character. This means a clear commitment to honesty and integrity as well as to the creation of an atmosphere of mutual trust. We act in accordance with the laws and abide by the rules of fair competition. We report truthfully and keep our word. Satisfied customers and business partners, as well as motivated employees who feel connected to the company are, for us, the standard for a sustainable and trusting relationship. As a globally acting group, we are also committed to social responsibility towards society and our employees. For us, sustainability is an essential part of successful development, which contributes to long-term success.
From our suppliers, to ensure a lasting and sustainable relationship we expect compliance with all applicable laws and the principles set out in the attached "Code of Conduct for Suppliers of the Wacker Neuson Group" (hereinafter abbreviated as "code"), which apply equally to each group company of the Wacker Neuson Group. Our code is based on the ten principles of the so-called UN Global Compact and includes a catalog of core values, which are to be recognized, actively supported and implemented.
In order to ensure the high standard of our products and services in the long term, the principles of our code must be sustainably implemented and observed throughout our entire supply chain. That is why we commit each supplier to compliance with our code through his/her signature.

1. We have received the Code of Conduct for Suppliers of the Wacker Neuson Group (May 1st 2017 version).
2. We have noted the contents of the Code of Conduct for Suppliers of the Wacker Neuson Group and hereby declare that we have implemented and comply with an equivalent Code of Conduct in our own company.
3. We have attached our company's Code of Conduct to this declaration. In addition, we include a description of our compliance management system or compliance program.
