1. Healthy Connecticut 2020 - State Wide Connecticut Housing Issues, Michelle to call Judith Dicine of the State Attorney’s Office to see if she can attend the meeting and make the presentation. Will be great for Building, P&Z, Police, EMS, Fire and Social Services personnel to be invited to attend.

1. Freedom of Information – Tom Hennick of the State of Connecticut to make the presentation, he needs to be contacted to see if he can make the presentation, CRIMA Attorney R.I. Doy to make a presentation also, Art to contact him.

Member Connect Computer Module:

Board approved the expense of $350.00 set up fee to get the Member Connect Computer Module installed for use within the CTPRIMA website program with an annual fee of $100.00. This will help CTPRIMA members to be able to connect with each other to obtain needed information, ask questions, etc.

By-Laws:

Ginny, Kurt and Michelle to review and finalize. They will then have to be presented to the membership for approval at the Nov. meeting.

Other Topics Discussed:

Would like to have free CTPRIMA membership fees for college students. If any joined, they would just have to pay for the meal. Art to talk to the professors at Quinnipiac College who teach Risk Management courses to have their students come to CTPRIMA meetings and provide the free membership while being a student and to come to meeting at no cost.

PRIMA National Membership

CTPRIMA President needs to be a national member of PRIMA. The cost is $385.00 per year. It was approved by the Board that CTPRIMA will cover the cost of this membership for the President each year.
