Competitors at Level 3 / 4 may be asked to navigate using bearings or grid references only.
Riders who are under the age of 14 must ride in one of the pairs classes, with a pair who is over 18 on the day of the competition
Entries are limited to riders who have qualified in the appropriate class at a TREC GB qualifier event (or Irish qualifier event) between 3rd August 2015 to 15th July 2016
Classes 1-5 will count towards the 2016 Horsemanship Magazine TREC GB League. Full details about eligibility and the calculation of league placings can be found at .

- International entry fees include day membership to TREC South East. Blue TREC GB members must quote their current TREC GB CLUB membership number.
- Entry fees include corralling and camping fees plus drinks, fruit, and cereal bars for the Saturday (POR) Tickets for the meal and social event on the Saturday night are additional.

Entry closing dates and refunds/withdrawalsEntries close on 8thJuly. Withdrawals up to this date will receive a full refund.Any refunds for withdrawals after the closing date will be entirely at the discretion of the organiser. Riders who qualify at LLanthony may email entries up till the 19thJuly 2016.

Nations Cup Teams –Entries will be made by the relevant Chefd’Equipe from those riders eligible and entered. Details of individual countryChef will be announced on the website.
Camping and corralling Overnightparking and corralling is available on Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday nights at the venue. Cost is included in your entry fee. Please note that you must provide your own electric fencing and charger.

Hay Hay is available, this will be situated by the secretaries tent £1 per large net. All proceeds to International Riders.
Toilets and showersThere are permanent showers and toilets on site.
Water provisionWater for horses/ humans will be available on site.
Catering-Speciality food of Suffolk.
The catering will be on site from Friday pm, and open all Saturday and Sunday, with a delicious selection of all day breakfasts, baguettes, baked potatoes, burgers, chips, hot and cold drinks etc. If enough interest they will serve supper on Friday night. No need to pay now but please indicate on entry from the number of people who may want to eat.
Saturday Night Social. 7.30 onwards
This will be held in the Village hall, (approx. 500 metres walk) menu below. The meal is optional, (£12). Please fill in meal options on entry form with person’s name against meal choice as tickets will be issued. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE -This is to be paid separately to your entry fees, with a SEPERATE BACS or Paypal transaction.
Entertainment
There will also be the inaugural TREC GBs Got Talent competition, each club is invited to have one act (3 minute performance) to perform in front of the TREC GB celebrity panel (!) There will be a sound system available, but please make sure any CDs etc work. Great prizes to be won! Please register your region on arrival at the venue.
FarrierA farrier will be on call.
VetThe local veterinary practice will be on call in case of emergency. Their number will be in your competitor pack.
Photographer
Steve Wall will be on site supporting TREC GB from Friday 29th July 2016and will attend the event on Saturday / Sunday including the prize giving. Photographsmay be purchased via his website
Bespoke Clothing Commemorative polo shirts (Red orGrey) and or sweatshirts may be purchased provided they are ordered in advance by 8th July. These will have the TREC GB logo embroidered on the front and the names of all the competitors’ horses on the back.Prices: Polo shirts £20, Sweatshirt £25.Order via TREC GB website. No late orders will be taken.
The Suffolk Punch Trust is very close to Poplar Park and have kindly agreed to a concession rate of £5 per adult, £3 per child for admission (normally £9 and £5) and vouchers will be available when you arrive at Poplar Park.
If you are planning to make the Championships a few days holiday, please see the Tourist Board Woodbridge for all local attractions , as Poplar Park is situated in a beautiful part of the UK. They have lists of accommodation, activities etc in the Hollesley area.
Dogs - are welcome but must be under control during the event.
Dog Agility will run all weekend, all profits to go to the International Riders Fund, only £1 a round, so bring your lorry and trailer dogs.Also TREC GB Lorry Dog of the Year with lots of fun classes, details to follow (provisionally scheduled for Friday evening).

HEALTH AND SAFETY
The event manager/organiser will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the officials and stewards on the day.
Trained First Aiders will be present at the event and should be summoned through an official in the event of an accident. The event manager/organiser may provide contact telephone numbers for emergency veterinary and farriery services.
Competitors are asked to safeguard valuable tack and possessions. Young children must be supervised at all times. Neither the event manager/organiser nor the land/course owners can accept responsibility for loss or injury to persons or animals howsoever caused.
POR please be aware that there are pigs in the vicinity of the venue, and you may be required to ride past them during the POR
