Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough Delivery 2017
This year’s pick-up day is Wednesday, November 1st from 11am – 6pm in Flynn Hall. If you are able to pick your child’s order up early in the day, please do so. You may want to bring a cooler and/or freezer bags to help keep the items cold while you transport them to your customers. It is a good idea if you sold to people at a business or office setting to pick up your items and deliver them the same day. This way you don’t have to store them yourself, and you can avoid the afternoon rush of others picking up their items at school dismissal time.
We are anticipating a rush of people at 3pm. If you can come early to get your items, it would be a big help to the cookie dough committee, and will limit your wait time!
You must pick up your items on this day – NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This is a frozen product and will spoil if not picked up on Wednesday. The school accepts no responsibility for any product left or not picked up on the scheduled delivery day.

Your child may bring home the product by signing this permission slip. However, the school accepts NO responsibility for the product after it leaves the pickup area. Keep in mind that the cookie dough weighs 3 lbs. per tub and may be difficult for a young child to carry home.
Limit of 5 items to be sent home with your child 2nd grade or higher. Limit of 2 items if your child is K-1st grade. If you order is more than 5 items and your child is younger than 2nd grade, an adult/parent or guardian must come pick up your order. Mrs. Penman WILL NOT allow more than 5 items to be sent home with a child. Please don’t try and have your child carry a bigger order home, we will call you and you will have to come pick up the order and wastes everyone’s time.
