INTRODUCTION

Glory and honour to God for bringing us successfully to the end of the first term of the 2016/2017Session.We wish to thank all our parents for their support and partnership.

PROGRESS REPORT

In addition to meeting the statutory requirementsto write the WASSE which commenced in the2015/2016 session, additional accreditation has been granted for NECO and BECCE examinations. Staff of the college have undergone the usual training-the-trainer workshop in the course of the term. We held a week-long professional/career talk and counseling programme at the beginning of the term.

PTA Meetingfor this termwas held on 16 December 2016. We wish to express our gratitude to all the attendees. The School’s temporary sporting arena, which includes a mini football pitch, a basketball, volleyball including athletics track and field has been completed. A swimming pool is also being considered in the overall plan.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

The first stream of the entrance examinations to JSS1 for the 2017/2018 academic session will commencefrom the third Saturday in March till August 2017. This will also include interviews into the pre-secondary classes, JSS2, SS1 SS2. Please inform your colleagues and friends who are desirous of sending their children to Phoebestar Royalty Schools.

SECOND TERM SCHOOL FEES

We commend the effort of our parents and guardians that ensured adequate and timely payment of school fees. Our prayer is that God will continue to bless and enrich your pocket. We therefore look forward to a more cordial and rewarding relationship in the second term. The second term fee structure is attached to this Newsletter.

Note:No child will be permitted in class in the second term except 100% fee is paid.
