If no icon is next to the listing of your assigned passage, then follow these steps:

1. Click on the hyperlink in the table below for each translation. This will take you to the BST Bible Concordance URL where you can access an electronic version of each of these translations.

2. Once that internet site comes up you can access your scripture passage in each of these four translations by

a) Typing your scripture passage in the Search for: box. Be sure to type in the full Bible book name followed by chapter and verses. (e.g., Mark 1:10-15)

b) Set the using: box to the desired translation by using the scroll arrow on the left side of the box. (e.g., using: New Living Translation). Do not change the in: box reading.

c) Click on the Find button. This will bring up your scripture passage in the specified translation.

d) Once the passage comes up, then highlight the passage (excluding footnotes). Either use the Copy button in the Edit menu at the top of your screen, or hit two keys at the same time (Control/ Ctl & C). Either method will copy the scripture passage to the clipboard of your computer.

e) Place your cursor in the table below on row two underneath the specified translation. When the cursor is in the correct cell of the table, then either use the Paste command in the Edit menu at the top of your screen, or hit two key at the same time (Control/ Ctl & V). Either method will paste the copied text from your computer clipboard into the proper cell in the table.

f) Use your delete key etc. to correct the formatting of the scripture passage into a running text with no lines or spaces between the verses. Be sure to leave the verse numbering in the text.

g) Repeat this process with each scripture passage until all four translations of your passage are in place.

13" R1423 Zebulun will dwell at the seashore; And he {shall be} a F988 haven for ships, And his flank {shall be} toward Sidon. 14"Issachar is a F989 strong donkey, Lying R1424 down between the sheepfolds. F990 15"When he saw that a resting place was good And that the land was pleasant, He bowed his shoulder to bear {burdens,} And became a slave at forced labor. 16" R1425 Dan shall judge R1426 his people, As one of the tribes of Israel. 17"Dan shall be a serpent in the way, A horned snake in the path, That bites the horse's heels, So that his rider falls backward. 18" R1427 For Your salvation I wait, O LORD. 19" R1428 As for Gad, raiders F991 shall raid him, But he will raid {at} their heels. 28All these are the twelve tribes of Israel, and this is what their father said to them when F1004 he blessed them. He blessed them, every one with F1005 the blessing appropriate to him. 29Then he charged them and said to them, "I am about to be gathered R1442 to my people; bury R1443 me with my fathers in the cave that is in the R1444 field of Ephron the Hittite, 30in the cave R1445 that is in the field of Machpelah, which is before Mamre, in the land of Canaan, which Abraham bought along with the field from Ephron the Hittite for a burial F1006 site. 31"There they buried Abraham R1446 and his wife Sarah, R1447 there they buried Isaac R1448 and his wife Rebekah, and there I buried Leah-- 32the field and the cave that is in it, purchased from the sons of Heth." 33When Jacob finished charging his sons, he drew his feet into the bed and breathed R1449 his last, and was gathered R1450 to his people. / 1Then Jacob called his sons, and said, "Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you what shall befall you in days to come. 2Assemble and hear, O sons of Jacob, and hearken to Israel your father. 3Reuben, you are my first-born, my might, and the first fruits of my strength, pre-eminent in pride and pre-eminent in power. 4Unstable as water, you shall not have pre-eminence because you went up to your father's bed; then you defiled it--you went up to my couch!
5Simeon and Levi are brothers; weapons of violence are their swords. 6O my soul, come not into their council; O my spirit, be not joined to their company; for in their anger they slay men, and in their wantonness they hamstring oxen. 7Cursed be their anger, for it is fierce; and their wrath, for it is cruel! I will divide them in Jacob and scatter them in Israel.
8Judah, your brothers shall praise you; your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies; your father's sons shall bow down before you. 9Judah is a lion's whelp; from the prey, my son, you have gone up. He stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as a lioness; who dares rouse him up? 10The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs; and to him shall be the obedience of the peoples. 11Binding his foal to the vine and his ass's colt to the choice vine, he washes his garments in wine and his vesture in the blood of grapes; 12his eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.
13Zeb'ulun shall dwell at the shore of the sea; he shall become a haven for ships, and his border shall be at Sidon. 14Is'sachar is a strong ass, crouching between the sheepfolds; 15he saw that a resting place was good, and that the land was pleasant; so he bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a slave at forced labor. 16Dan shall judge his people as one of the tribes of Israel. 17Dan shall be a serpent in the way, a viper by the path, that bites the horse's heels so that his rider falls backward. 18I wait for thy salvation, O LORD. 19Raiders shall raid Gad, but he shall raid at their heels. 20Asher's food shall be rich, and he shall yield royal dainties. 21Naph'tali is a hind let loose, that bears comely fawns.
22Joseph is a fruitful bough, a fruitful bough by a spring; his branches run over the wall. 23The archers fiercely attacked him, shot at him, and harassed him sorely; 24yet his bow remained unmoved, his arms were made agile by the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob (by the name of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel), 25by the God of your father who will help you, by God Almighty who will bless you with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that couches beneath, blessings of the breasts and of the womb. 26The blessings of your father are mighty beyond the blessings of the eternal mountains, the bounties of the everlasting hills; may they be on the head of Joseph, and on the brow of him who was separate from his brothers. 27Benjamin is a ravenous wolf, in the morning devouring the prey, and at even dividing the spoil."
28All these are the twelve tribes of Israel; and this is what their father said to them as he blessed them, blessing each with the blessing suitable to him. 29Then he charged them, and said to them, "I am to be gathered to my people; bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Ephron the Hittite, 30in the cave that is in the field at Mach-pe'lah, to the east of Mamre, in the land of Canaan, which Abraham bought with the field from Ephron the Hittite to possess as a burying place. 31There they buried Abraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Isaac and Rebekah his wife; and there I buried Leah-- 32the field and the cave that is in it were purchased from the Hittites." 33When Jacob finished charging his sons, he drew up his feet into the bed, and breathed his last, and was gathered to his people. / 1Then Jacob called together all his sons and said, "Gather around me, and I will tell you what is going to happen to you in the days to come. 2"Come and listen, O sons of Jacob; listen to Israel, your father. 3"Reuben, you are my oldest son, the child of my vigorous youth. You are first on the list in rank and honor. 4But you are as unruly as the waves of the sea, and you will be first no longer. For you slept with one of my wives; you dishonored me in my own bed.
5"Simeon and Levi are two of a kind – men of violence. 6O my soul, stay away from them. May I never be a party to their wicked plans. For in their anger they murdered men, and they crippled oxen just for sport. 7Cursed be their anger, for it is fierce; cursed be their wrath, for it is cruel. Therefore, I will scatter their descendants throughout the nation of Israel.
8"Judah, your brothers will praise you. You will defeat your enemies. All your relatives will bow before you. 9Judah is a young lion that has finished eating its prey. Like a lion he crouches and lies down; like a lioness – who will dare to rouse him? 10The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from his descendants, until the coming of the one to whom it belongs, F142 the one whom all nations will obey. 11He ties his foal to a grapevine, the colt of his donkey to a choice vine. He washes his clothes in wine because his harvest is so plentiful. 12His eyes are darker than wine, and his teeth are whiter than milk.
13"Zebulun will settle on the shores of the sea and will be a harbor for ships; his borders will extend to Sidon. 14"Issachar is a strong beast of burden, resting among the sheepfolds. F143 15When he sees how good the countryside is, how pleasant the land, he will bend his shoulder to the task and submit to forced labor. 16"Dan will govern his people like any other tribe in Israel. 17He will be a snake beside the road, a poisonous viper along the path, that bites the horse's heels so the rider is thrown off. 18I trust in you for salvation, O LORD! 19"Gad will be plundered by marauding bands, but he will turn and plunder them. 20"Asher will produce rich foods, food fit for kings. 21"Naphtali is a deer let loose, producing magnificent fawns.
22"Joseph is a fruitful tree, a fruitful tree beside a fountain. His branches reach over the wall. 23He has been attacked by archers, who shot at him and harassed him. 24But his bow remained strong, and his arms were strengthened by the Mighty One of Jacob, the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel. 25May the God of your ancestors help you; may the Almighty bless you with the blessings of the heavens above, blessings of the earth beneath, and blessings of the breasts and womb. 26May the blessings of your ancestors be greater than the blessings of the eternal mountains, reaching to the utmost bounds of the everlasting hills. These blessings will fall on the head of Joseph, who is a prince among his brothers. 27"Benjamin is a wolf that prowls. He devours his enemies in the morning, and in the evening he divides the plunder."
