Vendor Application

Please complete all components of this form to apply for a booth at the DHS Vendor/Craft Fair so that we may serve you as well as possible. The event will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010 from 9:00 am- 4:00 pm.

*DHS will provide Advertising and a HUGE crowd due to youth basketball tournament.

There will be more than 35 Basketball teams present including parents and fans

inaddition to the foot traffic from surrounding communities.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Booths are rented on a first come, first serve basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of Direct Sales Vendors and also reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in a particular category (i.e. jewelry)
  • The DHS Vendor/Craft Fair Coordinators may choose to deny a vendor based on appropriateness of products and duplication of vendors. Vendors may not sell any type of alcoholic beverages of any kind.
  • Set-up on Friday, 2/12 from 4:00 -7pm or Saturday, 2/13 from 6 – 8am
  • Unload your goods at Door #2 – Located between the loading dock and the Community Center.
  • After unloading: Please move your vehicles away from the loading area to allow other vendors to unload.
  • Booths will be located in the high school cafeteria, hallways and possibly the high school gymnasium.
  • You must bring your own tables and displays. Chairs will be provided for you.
  • $40.00 fee for single space – Booth sizes are 10 x 10 to accommodate an 8ft table.Full Payment is due with this application.
  • Electrical access is an additional $ 20.00 fee. NOTE: Electrical access is very limited and will be approved on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Participants are responsible for the set-up and clean up of their booths.Participants cannot impair others booths (i.e. sign or display blockage). Vendors will not be allowed to move booth locations once a booth has been assigned. No exceptions.
  • Booth structures and contents, including inventory are the responsibility of the Vendor. DHS does not assume responsibility for loss or damage to any property of the Vendors.
  • Vendors keep all profits from their booths.
  • Cancellation Policy: If a vendor cancels after January 23rdt, they will forfeit $20.00 of the booth fee.
