Remark:
Please carefully follow these instructions in requesting all TSInspection services:
1. If the customer does not givespecific instructions, TSInspectionwill use General AQL Sampling Level IIas the default inspection standard. Acceptable Level is Critical(0.0), Major(2.5), Minor(4.0)
2. Any additional samples drawn/sealed by TSInspection:()YES /()NO.(If YES,please specify: )
3. Complete this form and send it to TSInspection at least fivebusiness days before the inspection date.
4. For cancellations or schedule changes, the client must give at least twobusiness days of advance notice. Otherwise, the client will be charged inspection feesplus out-of-pocket expenses.
5. Production status for inspection should meet the following requirement: Final Random Inspection (FRI): 100% production finished, and at least 80% packed into cartons, with the balance in the packing stage and ready for inspection. If this condition is not met, a “NOT READY” report will be issued and the inspection will be regarded as an “Abortive/Missed Inspection”. The client will be chargedinspection fees plus out of pocket expenses.
6.Factory shall provide the inspection area with adequate ventilation and light and shall assign necessary workers to help withmoving cartons and
openingpackages.
7. The client/factory shall provide copies of all relevant documents such as Client P.O., Product specification., Shipping mark, Instruction sheet ,Photos, etc.
