Bike, Walk, Ride a Bus, or Carpool
What: Reduce your impact on the earth: bike, walk, ride the bus, or carpool to your place of worship.
When: First worship of every month, Oct. – May.
How: Log in with your mode of transportation and round trip mileage on the first of the month at the Travel Lite Challenge station.
Why: Invigorate your health, refresh the air, and leave a habitable planet for your children.
Who: A friendly competition to lower greenhouse gas emissions between: Lutheran Church of the Incarnation, St. Martin’s Episcopal Church of Davis, Unitarian Universalist Church of Davis, Davis Community Church, St. James Catholic Church, Davis Friends, United Methodist Church of Davis
