ENT and Allergy Associates®, LLP Bears Fruit in Orange County

Practice Merges with Hudson Valley ENT, Adds Five Superb Physicians,

Expands Overall County Presence

Tarrytown, NY June 18th, 2013— ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA) does not expand simply to grow in size. Quite the opposite.

New York/New Jersey’s premier ear, nose, throat, allergy and audiology practice-with over 140 expertly trained physicians offering superior healthcare to children and adults in hundreds of communities in 40 locations throughout the Greater New York area-only considers adding to its current footprint when all the important circumstances are right. And that includes the right communities to serve, the right locations from which to serve, and the absolutely right ENTS, Allergists and Audiologists with which to serve. It is rare when these conditions coalesce.

But that’s exactly what has taken place in Orange County, NY, where ENTA today announced a merger with the well-known and well respected Hudson Valley Ear, Nose and Throat practice, effective October 1st, 2013. With this merger, the existing Hudson Valley ENT Middletown location, at 75 Crystal Run Rd., Bldg. B, Suite 220, Middletown, NY 10941, will become an office of ENTA. Hudson Valley’s Newburgh office (currently at 1200 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550)will close and become part of ENTA’s state-of-the-art New Windsor site, at 103 Executive Drive, 3rd Floor, Suite 500, New Windsor,NY 12553. As a result, all patients will be able to avail themselves of the full scope of ENTA’s comprehensive and integrated approach to leading edge medical care, an opportunity they simply cannot and will not receive anywhere else.

In the near future, ENTA will be recruiting an additional ENT and Allergist at the new Middletown office.
