Desktop or Laptop Installation Service provides for the installation of a Desktop or Laptop PC. The service will be performed at a business location by a qualified PC installation service technician.

Our technician will:

Unpack the Desktop or Laptop PC
Sort the software, documentation and hardware and provide media and documentation for customer records
Connect PC to pre-existing AC power supply or UPS and neatly dress the cable
Attach the cables that are customer provided from keyboard, mouse, monitor, and network and neatly dress them, when possible
Install up to three programs and three non-networked peripherals
Check basic system functionality
Basic connection to existing network via existing network jack or wireless router
Configure email and load any necessary drivers
Customer must have all necessary passwords available
Verify existing internet connectivity via web browser through a hard data connection to a switch/router and wireless network connection if available
Once the installation is completed, we will remove packing materials to an on-site dumpster or other trash receptacle

Change Service provides for the moving of an existing Desktop and Laptop PC. The service will be performed within the same business location by a qualified PC installation service technician.

Our technician will:

Package up your desktop or Laptop PC in one location and move to a new location within the same business location
Connect PC to pre-existing AC power supply or UPS and neatly dress the cable
Attach the cables that are customer provided from keyboard, mouse, monitor, and network and neatly dress them, when possible
Check basic system functionality
Must have all necessary passwords available
Verify existing internet connectivity via web browser through a hard data connection to a switch/router and wireless network connection if available
Once the installation is completed, we will remove packing materials to an on-site dumpster or other trash receptacle

Our technician will:

Migrate up to 40GB from a limited number of folders such as My Documents; “USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKUP, THIS IS A MIGRATION NOT A BACK UP. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MIGRATING FILES THAT THE USER DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO COPY”
Disconnect AC power supply or UPS and cables that are customer provided from keyboard, mouse, monitor, and network and neatly pack them with Desktop or Laptop
Package your desktop or Laptop PC in one location
Installer will unpack the new Desktop or Laptop PC
Sort the software, documentation and hardware and provide media and documentation for customer records
Connect PC to pre-existing AC power supply or UPS and neatly dress the cable
Attach the cables that are customer provided from keyboard, mouse, monitor, and network and neatly dress them, when possible

Our technician will:

Install your (pre-purchased) new software
Configure basic settings required for initial installation (registration, activation, etc)
Perform up-to-date software updates within the application
Determine software is compatible with the system requirements
Software to be pre-purchased by customer
Once the installation is completed, we will provide you with a brief, functional overview of the application and remove any packing materials to an on-site dumpster or other trash receptacle
