Form for investigation of CMR products

In accordance with Section 39 of Swedish Work Environment Authority regulation AFS 2014:43 “Chemical Hazards in the Working Environment”, CMR-classed (carcinogenic, mutagenic and/or reprotoxic) chemical products may only be handled after a documented investigation has been conducted showing that it is technically impossible to replace the product with an alternative that is less dangerous to health.
