PONY CLUB CAMP 2016
Dear Member,
You are invited to apply for a place at Residential Camp. This is for members currently in school year 7 or above regardless of ability although they must be able to. to tack up without assistance, feed and groom pony, muck out and be confident enough to sleep away from home.
As always, we are deeply indebted to the Bunn Family who allow us to use the prestigious venue of Hickstead for our Residential Camp, Team Show Jumping and rallies through out the year .In return the branch provides helpers at the Hickstead meetings and we require you, or a member of your family or friend, to help at one or more of the meetings for at least two, four hour shifts. Details of dates enclosed. We also require some help from families and friends at various points during camps and at the end clearing away.
Hickstead Dates are :
DERBY MEETING: 23 June – 26 June
ROYAL INTERNATIONAL MEETING: 26 July – 31 July
Please note that all forms and communications about camp will be by email so please ensure that your correct email address is on the application form.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis and, if necessary a waiting list will operate

Please note: Places will be allocated strictly on a first come first served basis and upon receipt of this application form (please do not phone in). This form can be scanned and emailed or sent to Tracey at the addresss below. A waiting list will operate in the event that all places are filled in which case we will advise you accordingly and return your deposit.
All campers and their ponies shall be required to attend at least three working rallies prior to camp in order that their standard of riding may be assessed. Similarly, for those members attending camp they (or a member of their family or a friend) are required to help at one or more of the Hickstead Meetings for at least two shifts of four hours either morning or afternoon. Failure to comply may result in your place being allocated to a member on the waiting list.
