Courses can be provisionally booked over the phone; however bookings will remain provisional until confirmed by return of a completed booking form and fee.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS–Wecannot refund fees for cancellations that are less than 48 hours before the level 2 course and can only make a 50% refund if less than 14 days before.
For all level 3 courses we do not refund any fees if less than 1 month’s notice of cancellation is given. Only 50% of fees will be refunded if between 1 and 2 months’ notice is given.
WARNING – Courses may be cancelled due to lack numbers.Should this occur, you will then have the option of either a full refund or an alternative booking date.
PAYMENT – Card payments can be made over the telephone by calling 01865 252561. Cheques made payable to ‘Oxford City Council’. Purchase Order number should be stated on the booking form when requesting an invoice to be sent.
Exam papers are available in other languages but we are only able to deliver the course in English. The candidates will need to have a good understanding of English in order to fully benefit from the training.
