Hello! Welcome to the Ivywild Swim Team 2016. Below are some of the details to get your family started. If you are new to our program, please check out the parent handbook located on the swim team website
Parent Meeting: Thursday, June 2nd at 6:30pm at Ivywild Pool.
Meet the coaches, sign up for volunteer openings and ask questions about the season.

Volunteer Opportunities:
This summer rec league, along with many of the swimming leagues in the valley, is sustained by the help of parent volunteers. There are many ways that you can help the team. Some of the volunteer opportunities include meet timers, stroke and turn judges, starter, clerk of course, and ribbons. Please see a coach or attend the parent meeting to get signed up to volunteer. Training is provided for all positions.
If you would like to help as a stroke and turn judge, please plan to attend one of the trainings provided by Boise Parks and Recreation: Thursday, June 9th at 6:00pm or Saturday, June 11th at 10:00am. Both trainings will be held at Fairmont Pool.
Suits and T-Shirts:
Team shirts are included in your registration fee. YEAH! You should have ordered your child’s shirt size when you registered them for the team. Shirt orders will be placed the first week of June. Please get registered ASAP to ensure your child gets the appropriate shirt size. Shirts will be delivered to the coach the week of your first meet.
Team Suits are not required to participate in the swim meets. Ivywild team has traditionally suggested any black/green suit will be fine. The Swim and Run Shop is offering an option for Ivywild families if you are interested. If you child needs a suit for practice and competition, the team suit is a good investment. All of our team suits are polyester, which holds up longer in the chlorine. Team suits can be purchased at the Swim and Run Shop, 8620 Fairview, Boise, ID 83704. 208-321-0105. Please note that the Swim and Run Shop has closed their store on 16th. You will now need to visit the Fairview store.
