Responsible for resource and strategy development in one of ARAMARK’s fastest growing divisions. Accomplishments included:

•Development of training curriculums for all key management positions in the division.

•Development of change management and change readiness assessments used in client organizations

•Chairing a task force responsible for streamlining the account start-up process

1993 to 1997Vice President, Human Resources, Facility Services Division

Responsible for the Human Resources strategic planning and support function for a growing facilities services division. Position reported directly to the Division President. Responsibilities included supervision of all generalist functions including training, development and implementation of all division policies and procedures, compensation systems, risk management, recruiting and organization planning and development. Supervised a staff of five. Accomplishments included:

•Full responsibility for the human resource function during the transition of two corporate acquisitions.

•Creation of the division’s entire operating system

•Chairing an ongoing task force group for strategic projects.

•Implementation of a risk management tracking incentive programs which reduced workers’ compensation claims by 50%.

•Design and implementation of a division compensation system, recruitment plan, succession planning system and management reserve system.

•Development and supervision of an outside sales training department that grew from zero revenue to $500,000 in two years.

Responsible for Human Resources planning and administration for a $150 million dollar region of corporate dining facilities covering an eleven state area.
