REGISTRATION FEES: In order to receive the multi player discount, players must be siblings. Open registration for Spring 2017 Season will begin on January 15, 2017, and will end on February 25, 2017. Should you submit your registration form after February 25, 2017, a $10.00 late fee will be added to the registration fee and you will not be eligible to receive the multi player discount. Registration fees are due at the time that the registration form is submitted. Failure to submit the registration fee timely may result in your child’s registration not being accepted. I/We know that participation in softball may result in injury and protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to the player, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless New Kent Girls Softball League, it’s officers and directors, any organizers, sponsors, for any claim arising out an any injury to my/our child whether the result of negligence for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance. I/We, the parent(s) and guardian(s) of the registered participant, agree that youth sports is solely for the education and recreation for our children and I/We will not participate in, nor tolerate, unsportsmanlike behavior on the part of myself, other parents or staff. I/We understand that by signing this agreement, and upon payment of registration fees, that I/We become a member of the NKGSL, and are responsible for the actions and appearances that the NKGSL present during all its activities.
