Located just off the M1 highway, our newly fitted CrossFit box features brand new climbing ropes, 12 lifting platforms, 24’ foot ROGUE monster rig, 24 Eleiko barbells, 10 assault bikes, 10 concept 2 rowers, 4 GHDs and 8,000 square feet of training space making us the premier fitness facility in Sydney. You’ll love training in our facility but you’ll also love our comfortable lounge area, dedicated mobility zone, modern toilets and changerooms and showers to freshen up post workout.
